ABOUT THE ROLE
We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. So we need a team of world-class talent. As a Partnership Marketer at ultimate.ai, you’ll be an integral part of this team from day one.
We're building our Partnerships team from scratch in 2021 and this is an opportunity to get in at the ground level. You will be instrumental in shaping how we do partner marketing at ultimate.ai; crafting our partner communication strategy from product roadmap to live and driving new business. This is a truly cross-functional role: you'll work closely with our partnerships, marketing, product and sales teams to bring new ideas to life and carve out our space as a leader in the global support ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and managing joint marketing activities with ultimate.ai's partners.
- Promoting ultimate.ai to potential partners: focusing on marketing to partners to achieve a consistent flow of inbound partner interest through thought leadership activities.
- Collaborating closely with our product managers and product marketers to understand our partner-related features and roadmap and communicate them effectively through our marketing, partner and sales materials.
- Marketing through our partners in order to strategically drive new business.
- Marketing for our partners to our customers though webinars and other content initiatives.
- Developing partner presentations and managing co-marketing initiatives with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Source topics, ideas, and create content for relevant marketing partnerships.
- Develop partner marketing tools and ensure that partner programs meet marketing objectives.
- Be a core member of our Marketing and Partnerships teams.
ABOUT YOU
- We are looking for a highly motivated person with great communication skills.
- Ideally, you have experience working for a SaaS company and you want to help us execute and expand our partner marketing program.
- Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for planning and managing marketing activities with consultancies, systems integrators (SIs), and technology providers in Europe primarily and globally as needed.
- You have relevant enterprise marketing experience (ideally for a B2B SaaS product) and ability to create your own solutions when needed.
- You have a successful track record of building a marketing funnel (developing partner lead pipeline through webinars, email campaigns, events, and other programs).
- Willingness to join a dynamic startup and work in a fast-paced environment.
- You are fluent in English (verbal and written).
