ABOUT THE ROLE
We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. So we need a team of world-class talent. As an SDR Manager at ultimate.ai, you will own our outbound strategy, leading and coaching our team of brilliant, ambitious SDRs as they drive new demand and pipeline for the business.
At ultimate.ai, we <3 outbound. In 2021, we want to double-down on a high-performing channel, growing our team, tools and best practices. As SDR Manager, you will lead this effort, collaborating closely with our Head of Sales to craft and execute a world-class outbound sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own our outbound sales funnel and optimize the performance of the SDR team by increasing lead generation and velocity
- Hire, train and lead a team of ambitious SDRs
- Refine our cross-channel outbound strategy, including email and social media outreach, call scripts and outbound process
- Establish key activity and conversion metrics and track and report on outbound performance to inform sales and marketing strategy
- Manage account assignments and allocation of team resources
- Collaborate with marketing to align inbound and outbound demand generation activities
- Own sales outreach tools and budget
- Foster a fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work and can grow their career in sales
ABOUT YOU
- 1-3 years of B2B sales management experience (SDR experience strongly preferred).
- Self-starter with proven success as a sales leader
- Experience selling into the Enterprise market strongly preferred
- Experience working with outreach tools and CRMs
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
