Responsibilities:
- Strategic and creative development of paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on Paid Social channels.
- Optimization of campaign performance, through constant adjustment of bids, ad creatives, budget allocation and audience discovery.
- Analysis and reporting of all relevant key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA) and define specific measures and recommendations that will maximize ROI and impact revenue.
- Acquire a comprehensive approach of our customer needs and states of the buying journey, leveraging customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers.
- Independently run channel tests and experiments, developing hypothesis and documenting results and learnings.
- Take the lead and create processes for designing and testing creatives with the help of our designer.
About You
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role overseeing paid acquisition activities in a B2B technology company
- Proven track record of growing revenue and driving performance improvement through bid management and conversion optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Deep understanding of Google Display and Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and others with excitement to quickly learn and implement about the latest industry trends and strategies (ideally certified).
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, lookups on excel/sheets).
- Demonstrated ability to use data to make decisions, monitor channel metrics, allocate budgets, identify new audience segments, and report on them.
- Experimentation mindset and ability to implement new ideas quickly and autonomously while working with the marketing team to share learnings.
- Experience with the full marketing tech stack – HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Hotjar
