Responsibilities: 

• Fully own the design of our website, with a focus on traffic growth and lead generation for our B2B funnels.
• Brand design ownership and guidance to fellow brand designers. 
• Own user research.
• Validate your assumptions using qualitative and/or quantitative testing.
• Produce user flows, Lo-Fi wireframes, prototypes and Hi-Fi visual design to communicate your vision.
• Creation of responsive screen designs using Figma.
• Creation of graphical assets (background images, infographics, ...) with appropriate design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, ...)
• Lending your design perspective to the team as they develop marketing plans and deliverables.
• Manage projects efficiently and independently, as well as managing collaborations with colleagues (Engineers and Brand Designers) and overseeing their work.
• Close collaboration with our product team to guarantee an aligned brand experience.

About You: 

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Designer (or similar) in an agency or in-house
• Problem solver mentality with flexibility and versatility and experience working in agile teams.
• Great understanding of layout, composition, color theory, form, and typography.
• Skills in illustration and icon design.
• You can provide a strong portfolio to showcase your skill set.
• You are knowledgeable, have a passion for, and are always up to date on design methodologies, trends (B2B), and relevant digital tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma).
• Passionate about animation and motion design.
• You prefer to use data to validate your work.
• Ability to present and discuss design options and reasoning; open to feedback and suggestions.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Nice to have: photograph/video skills, as well as experience with video editing, is a bonus!
