RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Actively develop and drive strategic B2B partnerships to unlock new revenue potential in our existing markets.
  • Identify, negotiate, close, and execute strategic partnerships with e.g. consulting firms, system integrators, ISVs, and BPOs.
  • Establish joint go-to-market strategies with new and existing partners to consistently deliver new opportunities and pipeline for our sales organization.
  • Support our partners to accelerate their lifecycle with ultimate.ai.
  • Collaborate with our Partner Marketing Manager on co-marketing activities to secure speakers for webinars, run partner events, etc. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify partner and customer opportunities.

ABOUT YOU: 

  • 3+ years of experience as a partnership manager in a closing-role (or similar).
  • Strong track record of success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing partners for a SaaS or b2b company.
  • Experience in discovering and educating solution partners on the individual value proposition of complex technology.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally (with sales, marketing, customer success, and product team) and getting a voice in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and outcome-driven startup mentality.
  • Ability to find creative solutions in complex situations.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
