ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an ambitious, experienced marketing operations manager and HubSpot champion to join the growing Revenue Operations team at Ultimate.
The purpose of the Marketing Operations Manager role is to enable the company to grow rapidly by actively monitoring and evolving the processes, systems and technologies to reach world-class levels of performance.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain all strategic operational initiatives in HubSpot such as marketing automation workflows and lead handover processes, to shorten the sales cycle and improve funnel conversion rates..
Oversee our Marketing automation platform (HubSpot) cleanliness, proactively coordinating fixes and education to address issues as they emerge
Empower and enable the Marketing, Partner and SDR teams to action and report on activities' revenue implications.
Continually evolve and upgrade reporting in HubSpot to allow us to evaluate the success of our marketing campaigns and initiative and provide real-time insights that change decisions and behavior.
Work collaboratively as part of a highly professional operations and analytics team
Increase ROI by recommending and implementing best practices and new technologies
Maximize impact throughout the lead lifecycle by ensuring that SLAs and handovers are actively adhered to and improved, working closely with revenue ops and sales
Support Analytics and stakeholders in reporting efforts to understand the role of tactics and interactions to determine attribution
Work seamlessly with team members in sales and revenue ops on a daily basis
ABOUT YOU
Essential Criteria:
Hubspot certification (e.g. Marketing Software, Email Marketing, or Marketing Sales Inbound) with deep/daily expertise managing HubSpot marketing automation software and integrations
Experience in Marketing Operations or a similar discipline
Obsessed with optimizing the outcomes that come from a great Operations machine
Data obsessed; you love turning data into useful insights
Highly proficient in HubSpot
Passionate about the importance and evolution of marketing and revenue operations
Excellent at designing useful reports, analyzing data, and pulling out actionable insights
Excited to learn more about HubSpot's latest features and integrations and find ways to apply them to help our company
Someone who loves to learn, is a team player, and has a positive attitude
Interested in taking on additional ad hoc marketing projects
Desirable:
Salesforce accreditation
Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua accreditation
Experience in developing B2B Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
