The role:
We are looking for a People & Culture Manager to partner with our Sales Department and strategise, plan and execute on the people operations processes.
Ultimate is expanding to the UK and this is a unique opportunity to be the first member of the People Ops team on the ground to support us with the growth.
As a People & Culture Manager, you will act as an HR business partner for the Sales Department as well as working closely with management to run people projects to elevate our employee experience and boost engagement. You will work in collaboration with a Talent Partner for Sales too.
The Ultimate Role:
Partner with the sales department to support employees, people managers and leadership in people operations topic including onboarding, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee engagement, employee experience and people development
Support the team to effectively operate in the career development framework that truly enables Ultimate’s growth together with our UltiMATES’ growth
Work with the leadership team to ensure the company culture is preserved throughout the whole organization in a remote-first environment
Collaborate in strategic people projects, learning and development plans and contribute to a people manager training program
Keep track and analyse HR metrics and synthesize people data into actionable insights to support managers in making data-informed decisions
Together with the team, streamline our engagement survey strategy along the employee lifecycle and design the employee experience
Take ownership of seamless delivery of global and local administration (maintaining employee data, contract and compensations plan management, payroll management etc.) and visa support
Be the hands-on support for every step of the employee journey from delivering employee onboarding to offboarding, including improving documentation, processes and collecting feedback
The Ultimate Profile:
Experience in a P&C or HRBP role (preferably with a sales organisation)
Special interest in people development and continuously inform yourself about new concepts, ideas and strategies
Experience in working with a L&D program and/or Career Development Framework
Experience in analyzing with HR metrics and use data to form HR strategies
Passion for driving culture and value-led initiatives in a high growth environment
Experience in local (UK) HR administration and managing the payroll process with a provider
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent written and spoken English
