We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. To achieve this, we need a team of world-class talent working closely with our clients to create customized solutions tailored perfectly to their needs. As a Customer Success Manager at, you’ll be an integral part of this mission from day one.


  • Help industry-leading brands design and deliver great automated service experiences for their customers
  • Take ownership of multiple client relationships simultaneously and manage competing priorities
  • Cultivate a close collaborative partnership with each client and champion their interests
  • Plan and launch new projects, drive results, and deliver value for our clients
  • Evaluate and harness conversational data to find ways to continually improve our AI’s performance and the automated experiences it delivers 
  • Work closely with our Sales and Product teams to onboard new clients successfully 
  • Take an active role in identifying company targets and advising on our product roadmap


You have a minimum of 2 years experience in one (or more) of the following fields, ideally in a technology and/or startup environment:

  • Customer service (senior or lead role)
  • Quality assurance (senior or lead role)
  • Project management
  • Account management
  • Product management
  • Customer relationship management
  • Partnership management

Initial hands-on experience with implementing AI or machine-learning solutions in a customer service context is a huge bonus.

In addition to your concrete work experience, the following statements describe you perfectly: 

  • You are a German native speaker with oral and written fluency in English (additional languages are a strong asset)
  • You are a natural conversationalist, willing and able to champion best practices in customer experience and conversational design – both internally and externally
  • You are a skilled communicator, project manager, and problem solver, with high motivation and the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team 
  • You have a keen analytical mindset, with the ability of leveraging complex data insights for ongoing improvements
  • You are obsessed with designing and implementing great customer experiences 
  • You always strive to optimize service quality and customer satisfaction 
  • You have a passion for AI and disruptive technologies in general
  • Proactivity is in your DNA – startups thrive on people who take the initiative
