ABOUT THE ROLE
We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. To achieve this, we need a team of world-class talent working closely with our clients to create customized solutions tailored perfectly to their needs. As a Customer Success Manager at ultimate.ai, you’ll be an integral part of this mission from day one.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help industry-leading brands design and deliver great automated service experiences for their customers
- Take ownership of multiple client relationships simultaneously and manage competing priorities
- Cultivate a close collaborative partnership with each client and champion their interests
- Plan and launch new projects, drive results, and deliver value for our clients
- Work closely with our Sales team to identify and drive expansion opportunities
- Take an active role in identifying company targets and advising on our product roadmap
ABOUT YOU
You have a minimum of 3 years experience in either Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Relationship Management. B2B experience is a must-have; experience working in startup environments in general and in the tech industry in particular is a distinct advantage.
Initial hands-on experience with implementing AI or machine-learning solutions in a customer service context is a huge bonus.
